HR Recruiter – Hiring Now
VIN GROUP is looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team.
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Experience: 2–3 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical, sales, and support roles.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment records.
Follow up with shortlisted candidates through offer and joining.
Support campus hiring and recruitment drives when required.
Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining hiring quality.
Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on experience with job portals and recruitment platforms.
Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
