Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Lucknow. In this position, the individual will manage and nurture client relationships,



support clients through the entire property discovery and transaction journey, and provide advisory services aligned with their investment and lifestyle goals. The role involves responding to inquiries, explaining project details, coordinating site visits, and working closely with internal teams and developer partners to ensure smooth documentation and closure of deals. The Relationship Manager will maintain accurate records in CRM tools, follow up on leads, and contribute to achieving sales and service targets. This role also requires delivering a high-quality customer experience, gathering feedback, and sharing market insights to support continuous improvement in service delivery.
