We’re hiring a Digital Growth & Social Media Executive (Fresher) to build the marketing foundation for Dbebe Collects from scratch. ?

This isn’t just a "posting content" job.

We’re looking for an ambitious fresher who wants to design our social media roadmap, build a thriving user community, and eventually grow into leading our broader marketing strategy.

What You’ll Be Doing:
? Strategy from Scratch: Map out our social positioning, target channels, and organic growth experiments.

? Community Building: Engage directly with target communities online, turn followers into app advocates, and foster real conversations.

? Content Execution: Script, shoot, and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and write copy that drives app installs.

? Scale into Full Marketing: Test new growth channels, analyze what works, and gradually take ownership of our overall marketing strategy.





Who You Are:
