We’re Hiring: Brand Manager

We are looking for a Brand Manager who brings together strong brand-building capabilities with hands-on digital and performance marketing experience.

The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable developing brand communication and creative campaigns as they are working directly on Meta Ads Manager, analysing campaign performance, and optimizing for results.

Key Responsibilities

* Own and execute the overall brand strategy, positioning, and communication across channels.
* Hands-on management of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) – campaign setup, targeting, budgeting, optimization, remarketing, and reporting.
* Plan and execute digital campaigns focused on awareness, engagement, leads, conversions, and ROAS.
* Monitor and optimize key performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL/CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS.
* Manage the social media and digital content calendar across platforms.
* Develop campaign concepts, communication themes, creative briefs, and marketing collaterals.
* Work closely with designers, agencies, content creators, influencers,



and other marketing partners.
* Review and guide ad creatives, copies, social content, videos, landing pages, and brand communication.
* Drive brand-building initiatives, partnerships, influencer campaigns, and activations.
* Track competitor activity, consumer trends, and category developments.
* Analyse marketing performance and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
* Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation across brand and digital initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

* 4–7 years of relevant experience in Brand Management / Digital Marketing / Integrated Marketing.
* Robust hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager is a must.
* Good understanding of performance marketing and digital campaign optimization.
* Strong experience in branding, communication, content, and creative development.
