Role Description This is a full-time, in office Performance Marketer role based in Chennai. The Performance Marketer will plan, execute, and optimize data-driven campaigns across digital channels to drive measurable growth in leads, customers, and revenue for client brands. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting up and managing paid campaigns,



monitoring key performance metrics, conducting A/B tests, and refining targeting, creatives, and landing pages to improve performance. The role involves collaborating closely with creative, content, and strategy teams to align performance marketing with overall community-building objectives. The Performance Marketer will also prepare regular reports, provide insights to clients and internal stakeholders, and contribute to experimentation frameworks for scaling successful campaigns.
