We are looking for a Key Account Manager (KAM) who can build strong relationships with our customers and ensure they achieve maximum value from Prozent.
Role Summary
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing Prozent's key customer accounts.
You will act as the primary relationship owner for customers, understand their business requirements, ensure successful adoption of Prozent,



identify additional automation opportunities, and drive renewals and account expansion.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with business owners, CXOs, department heads, and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities1. Account Management
Manage a portfolio of key Prozent customers.
Build robust relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
Understand each customer's business model, processes, and challenges.
Conduct regular account reviews and check-ins.
Become the customer's trusted advisor for automation.
2. Customer Adoption
Ensure customers are actively using Prozent.
Identify underutilized features and automation opportunities.
Help customers discover additional use cases.
Conduct product demonstrations and training when required.
Monitor customer engagement and usage.
3. Business Process & Automation Consulting
A major part of the role will be understanding where AI and automation can create value
