Role Description The Sales Manager role based in Chennai, responsible for driving sales growth and managing customer relationships for T-Scale’s electronic weighing instruments. The role involves identifying current business opportunities, developing sales plans, and meeting revenue targets in assigned territories or segments. The Sales Manager will conduct client meetings and product demonstrations,



prepare proposals and quotations, and follow up through the complete sales cycle. Day-to-day activities include managing key accounts, coordinating with internal teams on pricing, delivery, and after-sales support, and maintaining accurate sales reports and forecasts. The role also requires monitoring market trends and competitor activity, participating in trade shows or industry events as needed, and mentoring junior sales team members.
Qualifications
Strong skills in B2B sales, business development, and account management, with the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Experience in preparing sales plans, forecasting, and reporting, including proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Knowledge of industrial or electronic equipment sales; experience in weighing instruments or related technical products is an advantage.
