We are looking for a Founder’s Office who can work closely with the leadership team on high-impact strategic initiatives across business, product, customer experience, and operations. This is a high-ownership, problem-solving role that involves working on business-critical projects, analyzing data and customer behavior, identifying opportunities,



and driving initiatives from insight to execution. The role will require the ability to navigate ambiguous problems, structure them effectively, develop data-backed recommendations, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes.

The ideal candidate should have a strong combination of business analytics, strategic thinking, problem-solving, data analysis, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and actionable recommendations.

What You’ll Do:
Work closely with the Founder’s Office and leadership team on strategic and high-priority business initiatives.
Analyze business performance, customer behavior, funnels, and operational metrics to identify growth and improvement opportunities.
