Role Description This is a full time, on-site sales role based in Mumbai. The sales professional will identify and pursue new B2B and retail business opportunities, manage existing accounts, and promote the company’s product range for corporate gifting, awards, and customized solutions.



Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings, responding to inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating bulk orders, and following up to close deals and achieve sales targets. The role involves collaborating closely with operations and design teams to ensure accurate customization, timely delivery, and high customer satisfaction. The sales professional will also support promotional activities, gather market feedback, and contribute to sales reporting and forecasting.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
Proven Sales abilities, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing, particularly in B2B or corporate gifting environments.
Experience in Sales Management or handling key accounts, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Capability to deliver Training or product demonstrations to clients or resellers
