About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to manage the complete HR function, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, payroll coordination, HR policies, compliance, and employee relations. The ideal candidate should have robust people-management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced fashion/e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate, creative, fashion, sales, e-commerce, and operational roles.
Develop effective sourcing strategies through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other channels.
Conduct initial screening, interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
Manage offer, joining, onboarding, and documentation processes.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical positions.

2. Employee Lifecycle Management




Manage employee onboarding, induction, probation, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Ensure timely issuance of appointment, confirmation, increment, experience, relieving, and other HR letters.
Handle employee grievances and resolve workplace concerns professionally.

3. Performance Management
Design and implement KRAs/KPIs for various departments.
Coordinate performance reviews, appraisals, increments, and promotions.
Work closely with managers to identify performance gaps and improvement areas.
Support implementation of Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) where required.

4. Payroll & Attendance
Coordinate monthly payroll processing with the Accounts/Finance team.
Monitor attendance, leaves, late coming, overtime, and salary deductions.
Ensure accurate employee salary and attendance data.
