About The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Business Analyst with deep expertise in organizational change management to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with clients to deliver complex business, technology, and transformation programs. You will act as the change lead on various engagements, assessing change impacts, shaping strategic change initiatives, engaging stakeholders at all levels,



and driving the adoption of new ways of working across client organizations. This role requires a blend of business analysis acumen and change management expertise, with the ability to influence and facilitate at the executive level as well as with frontline staff.

The successful candidate will be embedded within program leadership teams, responsible for shaping the change strategy from inception through to sustainment and benefits realization. You will be instrumental in designing and executing change plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, communication frameworks, and training programs that support successful transformation outcomes. This client-facing role demands excellent interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a quick-paced environment.

Qualifications

Must Have:

Over 8 years of experience in Business Analysis, with at least 4–5 years leading change management initiatives on medium-to-lar
