Role Description The Area Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru East, responsible for overseeing security operations and service delivery across assigned client locations. The role includes planning and managing manned guarding deployments, coordinating executive protection and event security, and ensuring compliance with company policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards. The Area Operations Manager will supervise field teams, conduct site inspections, monitor performance metrics, and address operational issues proactively. This position also involves liaising with clients to understand evolving security needs, supporting threat and risk assessments, and contributing to crisis management preparedness. The role requires regular reporting on operational effectiveness, resource utilization, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality, reliable security services.
