Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Executive role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Talent Acquisition Executive will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection for clinical, paramedic, and corporate roles in the healthcare sector. Responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, drafting job descriptions, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. The role also involves supporting employer branding initiatives, maintaining recruitment metrics and reports, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and relevant employment guidelines.



The Talent Acquisition Executive is expected to build robust relationships with internal stakeholders and external talent pools to meet ongoing hiring requirements efficiently.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Hiring and Recruiting skills for end-to-end talent management.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for engaging with candidates and stakeholders.
Candidates should possess Employer Branding experience to support talent attraction initiatives.
Candidates should possess Non IT Recruitment exposure to manage technical and support function hiring.
Relevant experience in talent acquisition, preferably in healthcare or service-oriented industries.
Ability to work with recruitment tools, job portals, and professional networking platforms.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and capability to handle multiple requisitions.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced HR certifications are an advantage.
