We are looking for an experienced HR professional with solid expertise in HR Operations, Payroll, Statutory Compliance and Employee Relations to lead and strengthen our organization’s HR function.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end HR operations from recruitment to exit and Full & Final settlement
Handle payroll, attendance, leave, incentives, deductions and HR MIS
Manage PF/EPFO, ESIC, Professional Tax, TDS, Gratuity, Bonus & Labour Law compliance
Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs and processes
Manage employee relations, grievances, performance management and disciplinary matters
Ensure accurate employee documentation and statutory records




Coordinate with consultants, auditors and government authorities
Prepare regular HR, payroll and compliance reports for management

Requirements:

5+ years of hands-on experience in HR Operations, Payroll & Statutory Compliance
Strong knowledge of Indian Labour Laws, PF, ESIC and payroll
Ability to independently set up and manage HR systems and processes
Strong Excel/HRMS skills with excellent communication and organizational abilities
High ownership, professionalism and attention to detail
