About Position:

We are seeking a Salesforce Service Cloud Developer with experience across Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Platform, and AI-enabled CRM capabilities. The role will support development and enhancement of Service Cloud solutions while contributing to intelligent Salesforce implementations.

What You'll Do:

Develop and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud applications using Salesforce Platform capabilities.
Support Service Cloud configuration, customization, automation, and application development activities.
Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable CRM solutions.
Contribute to AI-enabled Salesforce use cases and intelligent service capabilities.
Participate in testing, documentation, deployment, defect resolution, and production support.

Expertise You'll Bring:

2 to 5 years of Salesforce development experience.
Hands-on exposure to Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Platform, and AI-enabled CRM capabilities.




Ability to configure, customize, and support Salesforce applications.
Understanding of Salesforce development best practices, testing, deployment, and support processes.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
