Your Role & Responsibilities:
Participate in SEO strategy discussions with senior leadership
Understand client's business goals and align SEO execution accordingly
Execute SEO strategies to achieve the agreed client targets
Manage and guide an SEO Executive
Delegate tasks and streamline SEO workflows
Ensure strong SEO performance and client retention
Conduct keyword research and opportunity analysis
Perform on-page SEO and technical SEO audits
Track rankings, traffic, and performance metrics




Use SEO tools for audits, monitoring, and analysis
Create performance reports in Excel and Looker Studio
Assist in SEO proposal creation and occasional client pitches
Contribute to building scalable SEO processes

What We Expect from You:
3 to 5 years of hands-on SEO experience
Strong understanding of on-page, technical, and content SEO
Experience managing or mentoring junior SEO team members
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Excel for reporting and analysis
Excellent written and verbal English communication
Hands-on experience with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog
Familiarity with Google Analytics and Search Console
Understanding of SEO impact on business growth and ROI
Ability to balance execution with strategic thinking
