Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Manager role based in Jaipur, focused on performance marketing, WhatsApp and Instagram marketing, Canva-based design, and video editing. The Marketing Manager will plan and execute performance campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions across digital channels, with special emphasis on family-focused audiences.



Day-to-day responsibilities include managing WhatsApp and Instagram communications, creating and scheduling content, optimizing campaigns based on analytics, and coordinating with the content and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging. The role also involves designing creatives using Canva, editing short-form videos for social and promotional use, and experimenting with new formats to enhance community engagement. The Marketing Manager will track key metrics, report on campaign performance, and contribute ideas to improve MagickWorld’s digital presence and growth.
Qualifications
Strong performance marketing skills, including campaign planning, optimization, and analysis across paid and organic digital channels.
Hands-on experience with WhatsApp and Instagram marketing, including audience segmentation, content scheduling, direct engagement, and community building.
