Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in the Mohali district. The Video Editor will handle end-to-end video production tasks, including organizing raw footage, editing sequences, and ensuring smooth storytelling aligned with campaign objectives. Daily responsibilities include applying color grading, sound optimization, and visual enhancements,



as well as creating motion graphics and integrating graphic elements to support digital marketing and PR initiatives. The role involves collaborating closely with marketing, content, and design teams to produce video assets for social media, ads, brand campaigns, and thought-leadership content. The Video Editor is expected to meet project deadlines, maintain brand consistency, and contribute creative ideas to improve video performance and audience engagement.

Qualifications
Ability to manage Video Production processes, including planning, shooting coordination, and post-production workflows.
Strong Video Editing skills with proficiency in industry-standard editing software and an eye for pacing, narrative, and transitions.
Competence in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency, mood alignment, and professional-quality output.
