Role Overview
Impact Analytics is looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead teams building scalable, cloud-native analytics platforms used by global retail customers.



This role blends solid technical leadership in Python-based systems, people management, and ownership of platform reliability, observability, and performance for mission-critical SaaS products.
You will work closely with Product, Data Science, Architecture, and Customer Success teams to deliver high-quality solutions that power retail decision intelligence.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and grow a team of software engineers delivering Python-based analytics and SaaS platforms
Own delivery of complex, multi-service projects with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance
Provide hands-on technical leadership in Python/Java/C++, PostgreSQL, and SQL-heavy systems
Drive architectural decisions aligned with Impact Analytics’ data-intensive and API-driven platforms
Establish and mature observability, monitoring, alerting, and APM practices across services
Ensure high availability and performance of customer-facing systems in production
