Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Specialist role based in Alwar. The Digital Marketing Specialist will plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across channels such as social media, search, email, and display to promote Digiguru Pathshala’s courses and brand.



Daily responsibilities include creating and managing social media content calendars, running paid and organic campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, and preparing reports using web analytics tools. The role involves collaborating with content, design, and academic teams to align messaging with course offerings, as well as conducting market and competitor research to refine targeting and campaign strategies. The specialist will also engage with online communities, respond to inquiries, and test new digital marketing tactics to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
Qualifications

Proficiency in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, including campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
Hands-on experience with Social Media Marketing, including content scheduling, community engagement, and paid social campaigns.
Ability to use Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or similar) to track performance
