TRANTRONIX Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and technically proficient Sourcing & SQA Engineer to join our Electro-Mechanical Systems (Motor & Generator) division.
This is a hands-on engineering role involving Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Quality Assurance, Vendor Development, NPD, component validation, and system integration across automotive applications.

Salary: ₹4.0 – ₹9.5 LPA, based on experience and skill set

? Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing & Vendor Development
• Identify, evaluate, develop and onboard suppliers for electro-mechanical, electronic and mechatronic components.
• Drive RFQ, technical evaluation, zero-based costing and commercial negotiations.
• Coordinate with R&D; and suppliers on drawings, specifications,



BOMs and technical requirements.
• Conduct supplier assessments, technical audits and manufacturing capability evaluations.
• Support prototyping, troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of component-level issues.
Supplier Quality Assurance
• Drive APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC and MSA activities for current components and suppliers.
• Conduct supplier process and system audits with focus on ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 requirements.
• Lead supplier quality issue resolution using 8D, 5-Why and Fishbone methodologies.
• Implement and verify corrective and preventive actions.
Component Validation & System Integration
• Oversee First Article Inspection (FAI) and prototype validation.
• Work with R&D; teams to validate motors, generators, solenoids, actuators, power modules, sensors and related components.
• Review supplier testing protocols covering electrical, mechanical and environmental testing.
• Support integration of components such as
