Role Overview:

The Finance Manager will support the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in overseeing the financial operations of the company. This role requires a strategic thinker who can provide financial insights, assist in financial planning, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.



The ideal candidate will work closely with the CFO and the executive team to support the company’s financial stability and growth.

Responsibilities:

1 Financial Strategy and Planning:
Assist the CFO in developing and executing the company's financial strategy.
Support the executive team in setting financial goals and objectives.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business strategy and decision-making.

2 Financial Reporting and Compliance:
Support the preparation of financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
Liaise with external auditors, regulators, and other stakeholders regarding financial reporting and compliance.

3 Budgeting and Forecasting:
Assist in leading the budgeting process and providing regular financial forecasts.
Monitor financial performance against budget and forecasts.
