We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to help us scale our brand across paid channels and own our website experience.
? Eligibility
Minimum 1+ years of experience in performance/digital marketing (D2C/e-commerce background preferred)
? Roles & Responsibilities
Manage cross-functional coordination between design, product, and operations teams
Ideate and plan product listings for our Shopify store
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Amazon Ads
Handle and manage the website end-to-end (no coding knowledge required - platform is Shopify)
✅ What we're looking for
Hands-on experience running and scaling paid ad campaigns with measurable ROAS/CPA results
Robust sense of ownership and ability to work cross-functionally
Comfort working within Shopify's ecosystem (product listings, site management)
Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, data analysis, and Conversion Rate Optimization
