Position: Alumni Relations Manager
Department: Alumni Relations
Location: JIMS, Kalkaji, New Delhi

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a strong alumni network and updated alumni database.

Build and maintain relationships with alumni across batches and industries.

Organise alumni meets, reunions, networking events, webinars, and engagement activities.

Engage alumni for guest lectures, mentoring, internships, placements, and industry connect.

Coordinate with Placement, Marketing, and Academic teams for alumni initiatives.

Manage alumni communication through email, WhatsApp, social media, and newsletters.

Track alumni engagement and prepare regular reports.
Identify opportunities for alumni partnerships, sponsorships, and institutional support.

Qualification & Experience

Graduate/Postgraduate in Management, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
4–8 years of relevant experience, preferably in alumni relations, corporate relations, PR, or higher education.

Excellent communication, networking, coordination, and relationship-management skills.

Valuable knowledge of MS Office and CRM/database management.
