The Prospect
Group Emerging Technology, Innovation and Ventures (ETIV) team is seeking a visionary and hands-on engineering lead to join us to lead a team of engineers to design and develop agent framework . This is a critical role to enable business and function lines across the bank to accelerate the delivery of agentic AI use cases in a safe and consistent manner. This role is responsible for the end-to-end development,
delivery, and evolution of scalable and reliable Agent Framework, which will be the backbone of all agentic applications across the bank.
What You’ll Do
Define the long-term technical vision and roadmap for the Agent Framework in collaboration with product management team
Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of a robust, scalable, and high-performance Agent Framework.
Stay at the cutting edge of AI and agent movement in the industry, and adapt the agent framework to leverage the technical evolving in the industry
Work closely with technology teams across business lines to understand their requirements and ensure the framework empowers them to build agents efficiently.
Integrate agent framework into our Group AI Platform which spans on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure
Build and manage a high-performing global team of ML SMEs and full stack engineers, to ensure the AI cap
