About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Audit & Accounts Assistant to support our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of accounting processes, audit procedures, reconciliations, GST, and TDS compliance. Candidates with prior experience in healthcare, skin clinics, dermatology clinics, cosmetics, or related industries will be preferred.
The role requires solid attention to detail, accuracy in financial records, and the ability to work effectively with internal teams, auditors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day accounting activities, including recording, reviewing, and maintaining financial transactions.
Support internal and external audit activities by preparing required documents, schedules, reports,



and supporting records.
Perform regular bank, ledger, vendor, customer, and account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
Assist in maintaining accurate books of accounts and ensuring transactions are properly recorded and classified.
Support the preparation and verification of invoices, vouchers, bills, receipts, and other financial documents.
Assist with GST-related activities, including maintaining GST records, checking invoices, and supporting GST return preparation and compliance.
Assist with TDS calculations, deductions, documentation, and compliance as required.
Coordinate with relevant teams to collect financial information and supporting documents for audits and statutory requirements.
Verify accounting entries and identify discrepancies or inconsistencies in financial records.
Maintain organized documentation and records for accounting, audit, GST, and TDS purposes.
