About the Role: We are looking for a highly analytical, ROI-driven Performance Marketer with a proven record of leading successful campaigns. The ideal candidate should excel in strategy, optimisation, funnel management, automation, and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning: Create end-to-end performance marketing strategies for monthly, seasonal, flash sale, and promotional campaigns.
Define funnel strategy for awareness → engagement → conversion → retention.
Develop audience segmentation & persona-based targeting strategies.
Plan campaign roadmaps aligned with business goals, revenue targets & seasonality.
Strategise retargeting & remarketing flows to maximise conversion rates.
Paid Advertising & Campaign Management: Plan, launch, optimise, and scale campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Instagram & Facebook).
Daily optimisation focused on ROAS, CTR, CPA, and conversions. A/B test creatives, copy, CTAs & landing pages.
Must have a proven record of driving high-performance paid ads.

CRM & Automation (LeadSquared Expertise): Manage full-funnel performance from lead acquisition → nurturing → conversion.
Use LeadSquared CRM for lead segmentation, drip campaigns, automated journeys, and improved lead quality & conversion.
WhatsApp & Email Marketing: Execute targeted WhatsApp campaigns using Wati or LeadSquared. Run email blast campaigns for promotions, updates, and offers. I
Improve open rate, CTR & conversions through testing and segmentation.
Analytics, Tracking & Reporting: Analyse performance using GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads dashboard, LeadSquared Insights.
Implement pixels, events, and UTM tracking. Create weekly dashboards and monthly performance reports.
Budget & Forecasting: Allocate budgets based on campaign priority & seasonal demand. Forecast outcomes and share projections with leadership.
Collaboration & Execution: Work closely with designers and content creators for ad assets. Support se
