We are looking for a Human Resources Intern who can help us manage people, communication, workflows, and internal systems with professionalism and clarity. This role is ideal for someone who wants real exposure to how modern teams operate in rapid-paced remote environments.
You will work closely with leadership, interns, and different departments to ensure smooth coordination, hiring support, task management, and team discipline.

You’ll Be Responsible For

Recruitment & Onboarding
➔ Source and screen candidates from different platforms
➔ Coordinate interviews and scheduling with applicants
➔ Maintain candidate databases and hiring trackers
➔ Assist in onboarding new interns and team members
➔ Ensure proper documentation and workflow understanding during onboarding

Team Coordination & Communication
➔ Act as a communication bridge between departments and interns




➔ Follow up on assigned tasks, deadlines, and reporting structures
➔ Ensure team members maintain professionalism and accountability
➔ Assist in internal announcements, notices, and operational communication

HR Operations & Documentation
➔ Maintain records related to attendance, performance, and task submissions
➔ Draft basic HR documents, notices, warnings, and updates when required
➔ Help maintain organised internal systems and workflows
➔ Ensure policies and procedures are communicated clearly to team members

Performance Monitoring & Reporting
➔ Track intern performance, responsiveness, and task completion
➔ Maintain daily or weekly reports for management review
➔ Identify operational gaps and report concerns proactively
➔ Support disciplinary and escalation processes where required
