Role Description:
We are looking for a senior business leader who has successfully managed business functions, built agency ecosystems, led expansion initiatives, handled teams, and owned revenue and P&L.;
The ideal candidate should have a strong mix of agency ecosystem experience, international business expansion, P&L; ownership, team leadership, and technical understanding of AdTech products, platforms, and tools.




This is a leadership role for someone who can operate like a business owner — managing revenue, profitability, people, partnerships, market expansion, and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own revenue growth, profitability, and P&L; management for international markets.
• Build, manage, and expand the agency ecosystem across global markets.
• Drive international expansion across regions such as the US, EU, MENA, and SEA.
• Sell and position AdTech products, technology tools, programmatic solutions, data-led advertising products, and performance marketing solutions to clients and agencies.
• Understand client business challenges and recommend suitable tech-enabled advertising solutions.
• Lead high-level product demos, solution-based sales conversations, business reviews, negotiations, commercial discussions, and closures.
• Create and execute business strategies to scale revenue, improve margins, and strengthen market presence.
