Job Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Executive to manage and drive day-to-day operations across Amazon and Flipkart marketplaces. The role involves return operations, SECURE-T claim processing, inventory coordination, order management, and marketplace performance tracking to ensure smooth execution and business growth.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with marketplace platforms, strong analytical and coordination skills, and the ability to work closely with internal teams including warehouse, logistics, finance, and marketing. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth of the company’s online business while gaining exposure to end-to-end e-commerce operations.
