Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketer role based in New Delhi. The Performance Marketer will plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms to drive leads, sales, and brand awareness. The role includes managing campaign budgets, tracking key performance metrics,



and preparing regular performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders and clients. The Performance Marketer will conduct A/B testing, refine audience targeting, and collaborate with designers and content teams to create high-impact ad creatives and landing pages. The role also involves staying updated with industry trends, platform changes, and best practices to continuously improve campaign outcomes.
Qualifications
Strong skills in performance marketing channels such as Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other paid media platforms.
Experience with analytics and measurement tools including Meta Business Suite, Canva ads plan and basic Excel or Sheets for reporting.
Ability to develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including brand awareness, campaign planning, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization.
Competence in collaborating with creative and content teams to align ad messaging, landing pages, and brand communication.
