Role Description The Wedding Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for overseeing the operational planning and execution of wedding events. This role includes coordinating with clients to understand requirements, developing event timelines, and managing vendor relationships for décor, catering,



logistics, and entertainment. The Wedding Operations Manager will supervise on-ground setups, ensure adherence to quality standards, handle last-minute changes, and resolve operational issues during events. Day-to-day responsibilities also include budget tracking, resource allocation, team coordination, and maintaining transparent communication with internal stakeholders and external partners. The role requires a strong focus on guest experience, timely delivery, and seamless event flow from pre-event preparation through post-event closure.
Qualifications
Experience in wedding or event operations, including end-to-end planning, on-site coordination, and vendor management.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events, timelines, and priorities.
Excellent client-facing communication and interpersonal skills to handle diverse stakeholders and
