Role Description:
The Marketing Back Office role at FUSION JEWELRY is a full time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The team member will support marketing and sales activities by handling documentation, maintaining customer and product databases, preparing reports, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth operations. Daily tasks include responding to inquiries from the sales team, assisting with customer follow-up, updating promotional materials and price lists, and tracking marketing campaigns and sales performance.



The role also involves basic finance-related support, such as verifying invoices and recording transactions related to marketing and sales initiatives, while maintaining accurate and organized records. This position requires consistent communication with sales, finance, and customer service teams to ensure timely execution of marketing and sales processes.
Qualifications

Strong Back Office Operations skills, including data entry, documentation management, and report preparation.
Effective Communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and responding to inquiries clearly and professionally.
Customer Service skills to support customer follow-up, resolve basic issues, and ensure a positive experience.
Basic Finance skills to assist with invoice verification, record-keeping, and reconciliation related to marketing and sales activities.
Sales support skills to help track leads, update sales records, and assist the sales tea
