Job Purpose

* Lead coverage of assigned top tier corporate accounts, as well as strategic
MNC and large local corporate relationships, and originate deal flow for the
FX, derivatives business to meet higher individual and team objectives.
* Drive treasury sales strategy, deepen client wallet share and deliver
tailored treasury, hedging and liability solutions in coordination with
internal stakeholders to support the broader franchise.
* Increase Liability pools for the bank by adding products and counterparties,
while acting as a senior desk resource for mentoring junior team members and
coordinating complex deal execution

Key Result Areas

* Service assigned top tier corporate accounts as well as other strategic desk
accounts to achieve higher individual and team targets.

* Strategize, develop and execute game plan for the FX and Liabilities business
in order to meet assigned objectives and grow the treasury sales franchise.

* Cover top tier corporate, MNC and large local corporate relationships, deepen
wallet share and originate quality deal flow across treasury products.





* Create FX / Interest Rate derivative structures and deliver tailored treasury
and liability solutions aligned to client requirements; disseminate dynamics
of created structures to team members.

* Anchor complex deal structuring and lead end-to-end internal coordination for
approvals, execution, documentation and implementation with relevant
stakeholders.

* Maintain agreed calling program to ensure adequate senior-level client
coverage and solid relationship penetration.

* Develop counterparty relationships to ensure competitive prices on FX,
derivative and liability products and support efficient execution for
clients.

* Provide inputs into sales strategy, pricing approach, target planning and
business development initiatives for the desk.

* Service the Money Market / ALM desk in order to act as back-up.

* Adhere to all dealing room and credit limits so that no unauthorized exposure
