Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Executive Sales Representative role based in Pune City. The Executive Sales Representative will engage with prospective customers, understand their real estate and mortgage needs, and present suitable offerings from Square Yards’ portfolio.



Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation, follow-up, and property consultations to closing transactions and supporting post-sales coordination. The role involves building strong relationships with clients, collaborating with partner developers, agents, and financial institutions, and maintaining accurate records in CRM and reporting tools. The Executive Sales Representative will work closely with internal teams to provide market feedback, contribute to local business growth, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
Qualifications
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in consultative selling and closing transactions.
Customer relationship management and communication skills, including the ability to explain complex information clearly and build long-term client trust.
