Our work blends strategic brand architecture with hyper-targeted performance campaigns, working with agencies and in-house teams to drive measurable hiring ROI. Role & Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end brand and campaign strategy for enterprise clients—from audience segmentation and positioning to creative execution and performance optimization.
Own campaign KPIs including talent acquisition cost, quality of hire, CV-to-interview rate, and employer brand lift across LinkedIn, Meta, Google, and programmatic channels.
Build and manage cross-functional teams (creative, media, analytics) to execute integrated campaigns that align with client hiring goals and employer value proposition.




Partner with marketing leaders to translate business objectives into compelling employer brand narratives—through video, social, microsites, and candidate journey mapping.
Develop competitive analysis, audience insights, and campaign playbooks to benchmark performance and scale best practices across client portfolios.
Present campaign performance, ROI, and brand impact to C-suite stakeholders with data-backed recommendations for continuous optimization.
