Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Orai. The role involves engaging with customers to understand their financial needs,



explaining suitable loan products, and supporting them through the application and documentation process. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, coordinating with branch and back-office teams to ensure timely loan processing, and adhering to internal policies and regulatory guidelines. The role also requires promoting Capri Loans’ products, supporting branch-level business development activities, and contributing to a positive customer experience. The individual will collaborate with colleagues to meet branch targets while upholding ethical standards and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Basic understanding of retail lending products such as gold loans, MSME loans, housing finance, and construction finance.
