Amrita Online invites applications for the positions of Faculty Associate / Assistant Professor (Finance) for the Online MBA program. We are seeking passionate and committed educators with robust academic expertise who are dedicated to delivering high-quality online education. The ideal candidates will contribute to curriculum development, student engagement, academic excellence, research, and other academic initiatives while fostering an enriching learning experience for students.

Location Requirement: Candidates residing in Kerala or nearby regions will only be considered. Applications from candidates outside these regions will not be considered for this position.

Key Responsibilities :
• Course planning and content development
• Conduct live online classes according to the academic schedule
• Prepare and record academic content for online courses.
• Facilitate interactive discussions, activities and case based learning.




• Address students' academic queries during live sessions and discussion forums.
• Design quizzes, assignments and case analyses
• Develop end-semester, supplementary, and second-chance examination question papers
• Evaluate MBA mini-projects and 4 th Semester projects.
• Work closely with Teaching Assistants, Batch Advisors and Head of the programme
• Document programme activities and maintain institutional records
• Undertake additional academic and administrative responsibilities as assigned based on programme requirements.

Mandatory Requirements

Experience: Minimum 3+ years of relevant teaching experience in a similar role.
Education:
Finance: M.Com, MBA (Finance) with NET qualification or Ph.D.
