Requirements:
• Facade working drawings & detailing
• MEP drawings
• 3D modelling & realistic visualisation

Looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented and can work within agreed timelines.

Qualifications




Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and visualization.
Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration as they relate to architectural workflows, such as integrating design tools, plugins, or digital platforms to streamline project delivery.
Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including task prioritization, timeline management, and coordination with remote collaborators.
Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar), along with basic knowledge of visualization tools, is beneficial.
A degree in Architecture or a closely related field and prior experience in residential or interior-focused projects are highly preferred.
