Role Description The Sales Director role at OmnaData Insights Private Limited is a full time, on-site position based in Navi Mumbai. This role is responsible for leading sales strategy and execution, driving revenue growth, and expanding the company’s presence in Mid & Large Corporates. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, overseeing sales operations, and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and partners.



The Sales Director will collaborate closely with the founding team to identify new opportunities, refine value propositions, and ensure a seamless client experience. This role also involves mentoring and guiding the sales team, setting performance targets, and reporting on sales performance to senior leadership.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Sales and Business Development, with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving market expansion.
Experience in Sales Operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and process optimization to improve sales efficiency.
Established network in the Large & Mid Corporate segment.
Customer Service expertise to nurture long-term relationships, handle escalations, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
