Main Duties & Scope of the role
We are looking for a data driven CRO and Marketing Automation Manager to optimise the entire student journey from first touchpoint through to application and enrolment. This role will be responsible for maximising conversion rates, improving lead nurturing, and ensuring seamless marketing automation across all digital touchpoints.
As our HubSpot subject matter expert, you will own marketing automation, lead scoring, customer journeys, landing page optimisation, and website performance. You will work closely with marketing, regional teams, events, partnerships,



and admissions stakeholders to improve marketing efficiency and student conversion outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

Conversion Rate Optimisation
● Analyse user behaviour across websites, landing pages, forms, and marketing funnels.
● Identify conversion bottlenecks and implement testing programmes to improve performance.
● Design and execute A/B testing strategies for landing pages, forms, calls to action, and nurture journeys.
● Improve conversion rates across event registrations, enquiries, applications, and partner referrals.
Marketing Automation & CRM
● Act as the organisation's HubSpot expert and administrator.
● Build and optimise automated nurture journeys for prospective students and partners.
● Develop lead scoring models and lifecycle management processes.
● Ensure data quality, segmentation, and reporting accuracy across the CRM ecosystem.
