Job Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Service Department Technical Assistant to deliver technical training, manage QC device collection, and support various technical and training activities within the service department. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in mobile technology, excellent training skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards in technical performance and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training and Development:
Conduct engaging and informative training sessions on new mobile models, repair processes, assembling and disassembling of new devices, and software update tools.
Collaborate with product teams, technical support, and customer service to ensure alignment in training objectives and effective delivery.

2. Quality Control (QC) Device Management:
Collect QC devices as per Head Office (HO) requirements, maintaining proper logs and documentation for bugs and modem reports.
Dispatch QC devices to HO within the specified timelines, ensuring adherence to quality standards.

3. Technical Trainer Responsibilities:




Ensure that Service Department Assistants (SDA) achieve 100% performance during pre- and post-repair stages.
Track and report training progress, providing performance reports and insights to management.

4. Technology and Tools:
Stay informed about the latest mobile technology trends, updates, and issues to ensure training content is relevant and comprehensive.
Provide technical approval for replacing high-value parts under In-Warranty (IW) claims, as well as DOA (Dead on Arrival) and DAP (Dead After Purchase) approvals as per policy.

5. Warranty Management:
Monitor and manage warranty consumption to ensure it remains below the national average.
Implement best practices and strategies to optimize warranty usage and reduce associated costs.
