Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Windows System Engineer role based in Bengaluru for professionals with around 2 years of experience. The role involves managing and maintaining Windows servers and workstations, performing routine system administration tasks, and monitoring system performance and availability. The Windows System Engineer will diagnose and resolve technical issues, provide technical support to internal teams,



and handle operating system updates, patches, and configurations. Responsibilities include ensuring system security and data backup procedures, documenting configurations and changes, and collaborating with network and infrastructure teams to support stable, secure environments.
Qualifications

Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues efficiently.
Hands-on experience in system administration, including user and permission management, system monitoring, and routine maintenance activities.
Practical knowledge of ssystem administration, especially Windows environments, including installation, configuration, patching, and performance tuning.
Solid understanding of operating systems, primarily Windows desktop and server platforms, along with basic familiarity with other OS environments being an advantage.
