Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Maintenance to manage preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities for production machines and equipment. The candidate should have robust troubleshooting, maintenance planning, team management, and continuous improvement skills.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
Ensure maximum machine uptime and minimum production downtime.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic,



and hydraulic issues.
Prepare and follow preventive maintenance schedules.
Monitor machine performance and improve equipment efficiency.
Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports, and spare parts inventory.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Stores teams.
Supervise the maintenance team and ensure safety compliance.
Support TPM, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement activities.
