Role Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced qualified to lead Microsoft 365 and Security architecture, presales, delivery governance, and practice development. The role requires strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Security, identity, compliance, endpoint management, and customer-facing solution architecture, with a working understanding of Copilot, Azure, Data, and AI solutions.
The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, lead Microsoft 365 and Security transformation initiatives, mentor consulting teams, and support business growth through practical, secure, and scalable Microsoft solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesPractice Leadership
· Lead Microsoft 365, Modern Workplace, and Security solution practices.




· Define service offerings, assessment frameworks, implementation methodologies, and managed service portfolios.
· Drive capability development, certifications, and technical readiness across teams.
· Support focused enablement for Copilot and AI use cases where relevant.
· Support Microsoft partnership initiatives, specializations, and competency requirements.
Solution Architecture
· Design enterprise-scale solutions across:
o Microsoft 365
o Teams
o SharePoint Online
o Exchange Online
o Intune
o Entra ID
o Microsoft Defender
o Microsoft Purview
o Copilot for Microsoft 365
o Security Copilot
o Copilot Studio
· Develop secure architecture aligned with Zero Trust and Responsible AI principles.
· Review and govern technical designs, migration strategies, and implementation approaches.
