Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Gurugram. The Sales Executive will engage with prospective learners, understand their educational and career goals,



and recommend suitable programs and courses offered through Hike Education’s partner institutions. Responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound calls, conducting product presentations and counseling sessions, handling inquiries through multiple channels, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. The role also involves meeting enrollment targets, following up with leads, coordinating with internal academic and operations teams, and providing ongoing support to learners throughout the admission process. The Sales Executive will contribute to business growth by building strong relationships, gathering market feedback, and representing the organization in a professional and ethical manner.
