Position: Sr. Executive / Senior Manager – Offensive Security
Experience: 3–6 Years / 8+ Years

Job Overview
We are looking for Offensive Security professionals with strong hands-on experience in Red Teaming, Penetration Testing and Breach & Attack Simulation (BAS). The role will focus on assessing enterprise security posture through controlled offensive security activities and validating the effectiveness of security controls.

Key Responsibilities
Execute Red Team simulations, penetration tests and BAS scenarios aligned with MITRE ATT&CK.;
Conduct security testing across applications, networks and identity systems.
Identify, validate and document security vulnerabilities.
Perform controlled adversary simulations to assess detection and response capabilities.
Work closely with SOC, Network Security and XDR teams to improve detection coverage.




Follow testing methodologies aligned with OWASP, NIST and industry best practices.
Prepare detailed security assessment reports and provide actionable remediation recommendations.
Demonstrate strong analytical and adversarial thinking while working collaboratively with multiple security teams.

Candidate Profile
Robust practical experience in Offensive Security.
Hands-on exposure to Red Teaming, Penetration Testing and BAS.
Good understanding of MITRE ATT&CK;, OWASP and NIST frameworks.
Strong communication, documentation and reporting skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with SOC, IT and Security Engineering teams.
