Role Description The Associate is a growth-track role designed for finance and compliance professionals looking to build solid technical depth early in their career. The incumbent will support the execution of client deliverables across accounting,



financial reporting, and cross-border regulatory functions, working closely with Senior Associates and Managers to build independence over time.

Key Roles & Job Responsibilities:
Accounting, Finalisation & Financial Reporting
• Assist in the finalisation of accounts for a portfolio of domestic and international clients, ensuring GAAP/Ind-AS compliance
• Prepare financial statements, schedules, and notes to accounts under the guidance of a Senior Associate/Manager
• Support the preparation of MIS reports and dashboards for senior management and clients
• Assist in identifying accounting treatment issues, including revenue recognition, provisions, and intercompany transactions.
Cross-Border & International Compliance
• Support India–U.S. cross-border assignments including transfer pricing documentation, FEMA/RBI compliance, and foreign remittance matters
