Experience : 4 - 8 Years including 2 years team handling experience

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead Business Process to lead and manage
a team responsible for delivering high-quality business process operations. The
ideal candidate will have strong leadership, stakeholder management, and process
improvement skills, with the ability to drive operational excellence while
ensuring service quality and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead, mentor, and motivate a team to achieve operational and business
objectives.
* Monitor daily operations, productivity, and quality metrics to ensure service
level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.




* Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices to
enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and
ensure seamless process execution.
* Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and training programs
for team members.
* Prepare and present operational reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
to management.
* Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer or business
issues.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory
requirements.
* Support workforce planning, resource allocation, and capacity management.
* Drive employee engagement, team development, and a positive work setting.

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a
related field.
* 48 years of experience in business process operations, with at least 2 years
in a tea
