Role Description The Plant Head role is a full-time, on-site position based in Raipur, responsible for end-to-end management of plant operations. The Plant Head oversees daily production activities, ensures adherence to quality standards,



and optimizes resource utilization to meet output and cost targets. This role includes leading and mentoring cross-functional teams, coordinating production planning, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives aligned with company policies and safety norms. The Plant Head monitors plant performance metrics, manages budgets, and collaborates with senior management on strategic decisions related to capacity, efficiency, and technology upgrades. Regular responsibilities also include ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining safe working conditions, and fostering a culture of accountability and operational excellence.
